A Morning Post?

Good morning! Smile Thought I’d try to get a post in before we head out to church. 20 minutes before I need to get everyone ready and out the door… Hmm…..

My broccoli spaghetti slaw last night did the trick. I was craving some Italian marinara, but didn’t want a big bowl of noodles or pizza. I just steamed a little (well, actually a whole bag) of broccoli slaw on the stove (and burned it because I wasn’t checking the time).

Added some marinara and crushed red pepper. And then made myself a couple of cheesy bread sandwiches for the side. Yum!

I managed to get on the treadmill this morning for a quick 5 mile run before the boys woke up to start the day. Woo hoo! It’s always nice to get if done early in the morning.

By the time breakfast rolled around we all needed a biggie banana bread bake. I decided to add a little PB2 to mine.

I just stirred it in a little before putting it in the baking dish. I like it when it’s in big clumps.

One for me and one for the boys. Mine was the big one. Smile

It turned out just how I wanted. Yummy, big clumps of PB2 goodness. Mmm….

It went perfectly with my favorite morning mocha. The boys LOVED their too!

Someone else was a little impatient for his breakfast.

Really? The tongue is not necessary.

Well, this is lovely too.

I’m embarrassed of the mess. Today is a cleaning cardio day for sure! I’m also embarrassed about these. (They haven’t been touched since my Biggest Loser party.)

Good thing it looks like this outside.

Closed-toe shoes here I come. Have a great day!!!!!!!! Smile One more just for fun!
