Was 2-fer a Good Idea????

Me again! Smile Yep, two in  one day. But…. now I’m thinking I didn’t have anything really exciting to share and I’m hoping to get this post done so I can actually sit and enjoy dinner and maybe watch one of my gazillion shows I have taped. We’ll see. I’m waiting on my dinner which is the same exact thing as last night’s dinner. I DID manage to have a very productive afternoon of freezing.

I know I’ve mentioned it before, but I freeze EVERYTHING. Today it was fresh fruit for smoothies

I am obsessed with Glad Press and Seal Wrap. It is just sooo cool.

And Ziploc baggies.

And then some rotisserie chicken from Costco.

I use the scale to make single servings of chicken and bag them up. Then it’s easy to just add some protein to just about anything. Smile

Okay, this is a quickie. It’s 10:04 and my BBQ pizza is burning. Grrr……… I am feeling like a need a little Gossip Girl though to finish off the night.

Tomorrow’s Friday……………………..

Do you freeze the rotisserie chicken? Freezing single servings is a great idea but I didn’t know you could freeze it cooked. LOVE all the great ideas for CostCo finds… I can’t wait to go on a little shopping trip. 🙂 I bought a milk frother last weekend… I just need to find instant espresso so I can make your mocha. Yummy!

And I thought I was obsessed with ziploc bags 🙂 Good to know I’m not the only one!
I just went to Costco and couldn’t find the rotisserie chicken. What section is it in? Have you found it at the Vista Costco?

Are you looking for the whole chicken or the packaged? I think you mean the packages. It is in the refridgerater section by the deli meats (turkey breast, etc.). I haven’t been to the Vista Costco so I’m not sure if they have it or where they would put it. Look by the salami, cold cuts, etc. I LOVE the rotisserie chicken. I think it’s $9 for 2 bags that last forever!!!!! Let me know if you find it! Oh and yeah- ziploc bags ROCK!!!!! 🙂
