What? Is It Monday Already?

What? Is It Monday Already?

Really? What just happened?

This weekend flew by. Yikes. I have yet to get our Christmas decorations and am still slowly trying to make progress on cleaning things up around here.

We have been mighty busy though.

I got my first overnight away and got to spend some time with my bestest friends from college (Megan, Deena, Jenn, Jasmine, me, Sasha). Love these girls. LOVE them!

Santa Monica

They boys, Papap, Grandma D and I lit the advent candles at church yesterday. Of course I managed to mess up the scripture reading (and have sopping wet hair since my idea of trying to “blow dry” it with the car window down didn’t really work). Joaquin behaved himself and only shouted out “Christmas Tree” and “candle” while we were up in front of everyone. It definitely could’ve been worse.

We got check out this cool tree that was cut down at our church afterwards. I guess it’s been in the news everywhere. Amazing, right?

The boys were also quite the helpers yesterday. First it was with STUFT Daddy outside.

Then it was helping my bake some Peanut Butter Doughtzel Balls inside for some lucky winners.

(The camera was accidentally set to the P setting for these pictures. What does that mean? All I know is “auto”. Ha!)

They were good helpers this time. Look what we came up with.

Now those are some nice balls.

And… we got a very special delivery from our friends at Flatout the other day.

I got a few Thank You bags together for those who donated to our Silver Strand Half Marathon for Amelia.

Oh, and I decided that while I love Trader Joe’s unsweetened vanilla almond milk, I’m not a big fan of this soymilk.

My mochas are just not the same. I like Soy Slender so much better (only 70 calories per serving).

(Thanks to my best friend Deena (in the first picture) for introducing me to this soymilk years ago.)

Okay. Today’s going to be a long one and it better start off pronto with a STUFT Salted Caramel Mocha (which is fabulous with my new Salted Caramel Torani syrup).

Before I forget though…

Yep. The winner of the Spicing Things Up Again Giveaway is…..

Yay! Congratulations Christin! Email me the flavor you want and your information and I’ll send it along! Fun! And thanks for liking STUFT Mama’s Facebook page.

Alrighty then……

I better get a move on. These guys are already awake and I probably only have a couple more minutes before their pajamas are off. Ha!

If you need a quickly workout this week, check out my working it out post. There are a couple of quick workouts to do at home (with videos of course).  I went back and edited so the exercises are listed out.

Have a great day!

Dang it. I’m hearing them say “poo poo” now. I took too long. Cross your fingers I don’t have something gross to deal with in their room.

How was your weekend? Do you all have your decorations up already? Eeekkk!

We had a fun, busy weekend too – they always fly by too fast for me! I’m still waiting on my Torani treats to arrive in the mail, so maybe they’ll come today as a fun surprise. They must like you better than me. =)

I totally know what you mean about this weekend… I really feel like it did not happen or I slept through it or something!!! And I am glad Joaquin only yelled that out in Church and nothing worse – haha!! At least he was talking about something appropriate and relatively topical!

Ha ha! Good point. He could’ve yelled out “Mommy’s penis.” and then we would have really been in trouble. Could you imagine??? Hope you’re week is off to a great start!

I had the same reaction to Monday. I think we should have 2 day work weeks and 5 day weekends. 🙂

I laughed out loud thinking of Joaquin yelling “Christmas tree!” – love those moments 🙂

Are your boys raking up fallen oranges?! I want an orange tree in my backyard – can you send me one along with the sunny CA weather so it can survive please 🙂

      STUFT Mama says:

Sure Jenny. I have your address and everything! 🙂 ha ha! I’m not quite sure what the boys are raking up. I think it’s better I don’t know what they all actually do out there.

Just found your blog through the LOVE contest… I am really jealous of the fact that you have orange trees in your backyard! Yum.
