Good morning!
I’m apologizing in advance for being a little MIA this week. I have NOT been very successful at my attempt to “Get a Grip”.
OR to get out my Christmas decorations.
I’m starting to run out of time.
Ahhhhh!!!
I’m also running out of time to get votes to be the Next LOVE Grown Foods blogger.
If you haven’t already voted, please click here and “like” our picture. We’re at the bottom right hand side. Hopefully I won’t be asking for votes anymore soon and I’ll just be spreading the LOVE with you all and we’ll all be “liking” their Facebook page instead! Love Grown Foods is freaking fabulous! I want in on THEIR club so bad.
Speaking of clubs, at least I got to fit in my little Bob Club trip this past weekend. Highlight of my life the month so far!

Just to clarify things, as much as I talk a big game, I’m fairly certain “my boyfriend” doesn’t know my name (even though he did tell me I smelled good, touched my shoulder, fisted my bum, etc..). If I have anything to do with it though, he’ll know my name by the next time. Ha ha ha!
Okay, so Coach’s orders. Yes, not doctor’s orders, Coach’s Oats orders.
Not only am I ordered to start my day off right with a nutritious breakfast, but I’m also ordered to get my priorities in check (and get my Christmas decorations up).
Breakfast first, shall we?
Nothing you haven’t seen before, but we’ve been loving our Coach’s Oats lately.
I’ve been loving some Coach’s Green Eggs and Oats to be exact.
With a little peanut butter and sugar free maple syrup.
And some leftover berries from the club.
The boys have been loving their gourmet green pancakes. I mean, LOVING!
So much so that we used up the last of our favorite pancake mix. If Costco doesn’t carry it anymore I am NOT going to be a happy camper.
Either are these guys.
Want to come over for breakfast?
Maybe this will entice you even more.
Dark Chocolate Peppermint Mocha
serves one
brewed espresso
1 1/2 cups nondairy or low fat milk (I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk or light vanilla soymilk)
2 tablespoons dark chocolate cocoa powder
2 tablespoons sugar free peppermint Torani syrup
I prepare it just like I do my favorite morning mocha.

Sooooooooo good for the holidays.
So much better with a little fat free whipped cream and a sprinkle of Trader Joe’s coffee bean, chocolate and sugar grinder.
And, of course, so much better alongside some oats.
Now do you want to come over?
I could use a hand with some decorating.

And um, yeah, we’re expecting company in three days and this is what the guest room looks like.
I could really use some help there too.

I wanted to share that our very special friends over at Lollihop are giving STUFT Mama readers a special deal on their gift subscriptions.
The code is STUFTFITNESS20. It’s 20% off all gift subscriptions (3-month, 6-month and 12-month). You can click on this link for more info: https://lollihop.com/gift_subscription/
Pretty cool. That would be a good Christmas gift.
(I just remembered I haven’t really started shopping either. Great.)
Okay. I may be MIA for a bit (teaching 5 hours of aerobics classes today doesn’t help my situation). Eeekkk….
Have a great day! How was your weekend?
Don’t forget to vote! (I had to put that in there. Last time. I promise.)
*Disclaimer- I have no affiliation with Coach’s Oats. They probably don’t know my name either. I just really love their products.

OF COURSE, I want to come over!! When’s dinner?
RIght after I shoot my TT video. Warning- I’m NOT looking good today. ha ha ha! It might be a late night entry.
Too funny! And I would totally come over and decorate and clean for you for that tasty looking breakfast and coffee. I would probably do alot of things for coffee with whipped cream…and mocha flavor to boot!
And don’t worry that Bob and Coach don’t know your name, we all do and that’s what really matters, right??
And my weekend was pretty good. Far too many cookies were baked and consumed but tis the season for a sugar hangover on Monday morning
Have a good week!
Oh Kinley- come over. PLEASE!!!
Next week….
Ahh… consuming freshly baked cookies. I can’t wait.
I still need to try those green eggs and oats. First I’m going to need to buy more spinach.
Sarah- yes you do!!!!!
It would be the perfect snack while reading your fun books.
I’m having a mocha right now! Too bad we can’t have one together while working on the room…yikes, that’s a lot to do! Good luck on that one.
I have to say, I am so loving the way you eat and feed your boys! This is how we get kids to eat well without judgement! Introducing them to foods at a young age and leading by example. Max (my youngest) eats almost more nutritional yeast than I do and he can have cheese! Food should be a fun adventure…especially healthy food and you do a great job of making it that way!
Yes, too bad we aren’t drinking a mocha and relaxing. Oh I wish!!!!! (And I wish we were in my clean room. ha ha.) That is awesome that Max eats that much nutritional yeast. Yes, food should be a HUGE adventure!
Love it! I new adventure everyday! You’re going to have to give me some nutritional yeast tips. I want to try that stuff out! I’ve never experimented with it before.
I’ve been MIA lately too. No blog writing and no blog reading. But the husband is away this week for work so I am going to try and catch-up. On the blog reading that is
And then maybe some of that other stuff.
It’s fun to be MIA for awhile. It gives me a new appreciation for family time.
I’ve missed you! Good luck catching up on your reading.
Kristen, I ordered a Lollihop gift subscription for my best friend. Over Thanksgiving weekend they had a great black Friday special, and I was kind of disappointed I didn’t get one for myself too. I just may order one now! They seem like a really great company, and I love their backstory.
Good luck with the clean-up!
I missed the good sale. Yeah, it seems like such a great gift. I kind of want one for myself too. A fun box of goodies every month or so? Who wouldn’t want that?
You just reminded me I never got my Torani stuff – they must have really liked you better than me. =) How wil I ever keep up with your beverage recipe creation without flavored goodness?!
Oh no Heather- really? Dang it. You better get your soon! I think I just got lucky because they’re based in CA.
You’re going to love them though. I keep making new drinks every morning.
If you promise to make me a mocha, I’ll be right over to help tackle that room!
I promise and I’ll throw in some green oats too! When can you be here?
I would definitely love to come over for breakfast!
And if you invite me to stay for lunch too I’ll bring some baba ghanoush, deal?
Consider it done. You can stay all freaking day if you bring that ghanoush.
I haven’t tried those oats yet, but I should. I keep hearing such good things.
Yes Tiff, you should. LOVE them!
Oh heavens, you little guys are so adorable. And yes, I want to come to breakfast, and I want that peppermint mocha!
Coem on over Katie. Bring that cute little gal of yours too so my guys can try to woooo her.
I’ll have a peppermint mocha waiting (for you, not for her).
I love Coach’s Oats. I’ve never had them green though. Looks yummy to me whatever the color.
marie- Oh yeah, they’re delicious whatever color they may be.
I am intrigued by the Coach’s Oats – are they only available online – they look like the best of both worlds – steel cut and old fashioned oatmeal -
Amy- I get mine in a huge bad from Costco. Such a great deal. Definitely the best of both worlds.
I would love to come over for breakfast! As long as I can get a venti peppermint mocha!
Ha ha! That’s the smallest size I make around here!
Come on over!
