What I Did and Didn’t Do Wednesday

I planned on posting a What I Ate Wednesday post on what I ate before and after my marathon on Sunday, but I’m not motivated at the moment and I’m actually not sure it’s something you totally would be interested in seeing anyway. I personally like to read what other’s eat before and after races, but maybe that’s just me.

What I Did

I taught a new BOSU class at the gym yesterday and loved it.

I also got suckered into taking the boys to Costco for samples afterwards as they chanted “Costco samples” right as we were leaving the gym. It might not be a good thing that the gym is right across the street. Oh well, free lunch.

Costco samples

I also stayed up too late yet again trying to fit everything in and have yet to make a dent in my “to do” list.

I went from being almost in tears of stress and anxiety over my audition post and how to promote it late last night, to realizing that I need to be patient and that there are so many other things that are important in life right this moment. This new industry I’ve found myself in is competitive. Social media is just plain crazy and I’m not sure if I’m cut out for it sometimes. It’s stressful and never sleeps. Yikes.

I did celebrate National Peanut Butter Day yesterday. I’m actually pretty sure I celebrate it everyday though.

What I Didn’t Do

I didn’t get to catch up with all my fellow blogging friends and read their posts or respond to the many emails that are in my inbox.

I totally dropped the ball on telling you about the awesome Tuesday Trainer workout my friend Lindsay put together. It’s all about “Go To Time Saver Moves” this week and there are some pretty great ones on there. Check it out if you have time.

I still didn’t get my thank you cards from Christmas and the boys’ birthday in the mail.

I didn’t even watch the Bachelor or “my boyfriend” on The Biggest Loser because I was too busy.

I didn’t get to respond to all of your nice comments as of late.

And….I realized I didn’t share my new creation with you.

PB pizoatie 1

It involves a huge gob of peanut butter in the middle.

PB pizoatie 2

It’s awesome and coming later this week. (I’m such a tease.)

It’s coming Friday actually.

Why?

This week’s Flat Kitty Friday theme is

Peanut Butter!!!

Email me one picture with anything peanut butter related (you can also just post a picture on my Facebook page). Your favorite way to eat it, your favorite kind, your favorite recipe you want me to link up, whatever you want. It’ll be a Flat Kitty Friday peanut butter par-tay!

Yippee! I’m already excited!

If you don’t have a Flat Kitty and want one for this Friday, email me at stuftmama@stuftfitness.com and I’ll send you one you can cut out yourself. (Sorry, I’m getting lazy and cheap.)

I’m off for another big day with my boys. It just doesn’t stop around here.

I can’t thank you enough for putting up with my crazies and being with me on this crazy ride. If you didn’t get a chance to watch my audition video, I’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback. You can check out the post here.

Hugs!

I actually totally love seeing what people eat before and after races so I was looking forward to the post but I’ll get over it ;) But whatever that ooey gooey cookie thing is, I must make one once I have the recipe!

And on the social media bit, I feel your pain… it seems like no matter how hard I try to keep up with everything and blog, I never get the results I want… I’ve had to decide to do it for me and not worry about any other aspects of it… whatever I can fit in and whatever I feel like doing is the best thing for me and maybe someday results will follow but maybe not? Either way, I’ll have a good documentation of this time in my life! Hopefully today is going better for you!

And I ate way too much peanut butter yesterday in celebration of the holiday… more exciting than Christmas! LOL!

Social media can be totally overwhelming! I feel like I never have a firm grasp on any one thing. You are a rockstar though! I love your videos. I still can’t bring myself to try making one. :)

LOVE the PB week and I can’t wait for that oatmeal-cake-looking thing. I’ve been wondering about it since I saw you post on Instagram (yet another social media thing to master – lol!).

You know I love my peanut butter, and boy oh boy is Flat Kitty in for a treat! ;)

I am behind in my reader and not up to speed on your audition video, so I’ll be heading over there shortly to check that out!

i personally would love to see what you eat the day of a big race… i’m not an experienced racer by any means, so i’m intrigued!

that peanut butter stuffed treat looks amazing… it immediately caught my attention when i saw it on twitter a few days ago! :)

Omg! I cannot wait for that recipe. My kids love any place with samples. It actually comes out to a balanced meal for a toddler haha. Usually there’s a fruit, a veggie, turkey, cheese, bread, and a piece of a cookie.

Oh my goodness…. I’ve created monsters. They want to go somewhere for “samples” every day. :) Oops. Love that your kids love any places with samples too!

Don’t get overwhelmed. You are amazing and you really are doing a great job! Can’t wait for the recipe! It looks completely up my alley! I, for one, would love to know what you ate before and after your marathon. Please share!

That’s such an adorable pic of the boys. If I look like that when I eat ice cream, I don’t want to know. Ignorance is bliss. :)

    Can’t wait for pb details!

just watched your video of the exercise and then making the fudge with your boys in the kitchen! so impressed on how you kept your cool together!–you made it seem effortless!
ps i have been auditioning for something else in the past 3 years–with last year was auditionless, and then i get a call from casting director and then passed off to producer and find out that i am in an upcoming show…i;ll tell you later about it, but just wanted to let you know that it can be stressful…since i am still new to your blog, what do you audition for?
