This and That

This and That

This is the life.

This was posted on Facebook yesterday.

Little Amelia is off to Italy today. I know I didn’t include handwritten notes in all of your thank you packets, but THANK YOU to all of you who donated to our half marathon for Amelia and to Flatout and SunButter for sponsoring our run. We helped give Amelia this opportunity.

This awesome water bottle and coupons were found on top on my fridge this morning. I totally forgot they were sent to me over a month ago from the nice people over at Horizon Organic. I’ll be using the bottle today and those coupons later this week. Too bad the only Horizon products I’ve seen at Costco are for creamer. (Not that we go there a lot or anything).

This is how to stock up on protein bars.

(And be lazy and photograph them in the laundry room.) I usually buy all my protein bars from All Star Health (best prices around), but Supreme Protein bars are at Target stores now so I couldn’t resist. As for the Pure Protein bars, well, they were on sale. (STUFT Daddy loves it when I use that excuse.)

This cereal is pretty darn good. We’re not big cereal eaters here, but we’ve been munching in it lately. I think I’m going to try it crumbled on top of some Chobani yogurt today.

I’m also upset I just now read that “FREE” rebate on the top of the box. I don’t know where the heck my receipt is. Darn it.

This audition video and this Weekend Webisode video took WAY too much time putting together last week. If you haven’t watched them yet, please watch our premiere STUFT Weekend Webisode. There’s some workout moves on the BOSU and we make a Peanut Butter Surprise Pizoatie in the kitchen.

You can subscribe to our YouTube channel here. We’ll work on making our videos shorter. (Any subscriptions and video views will help our chances so feel free to share the video, etc.)

I wish this guy could make coffee (and clean his own eye boogers).

This was my dessert last night.

Um, yeah. It a Fudgy Peanut Butter Chip Vitatop with Three Ingredient Fudge in the middle.

Brilliant. Amazing. And around 230 calories for the whole thing.

I am going to make a few and freeze them for easy go to desserts.

Oh, and Vitatops are at Costco again. 12 for $9.99. Best deal around!

This is my day today.

9:30-11:00 teach Strollerjam at YMCA (the drive is 30-40 minutes)

12:00-1:00 teach spin (at a different club)

home to rest, feed the boys and stuff my face with some lunch

3:30-6:30 teach Kid’s aerobics, Y40X, Back 2 Abs, Step

7:15- home to give baths and put boys to bed

8:30 or so I am finally showered and ready to make dinner for myself

That is why I love sitting and watching The Bachelor. (I’m too tired to do anything else.)

That is all.

Wait. I forgot.

In light of my hectic day (and week), this week’s Flat Kitty Friday theme is “Take Flat Kitty to Work”. Email me if you want me to send you a Flat Kitty in the mail or email you one you can cut out yourself. Email me a picture of post it on my Facebook page if you want me to share it Friday.

Should be fun, right? I hope I can convince STUFT Daddy to get a good picture for me. Ha ha!

Really, now, that is all.

Have a good one!

I am tired just reading that itinerary! And I love, love, love Horizon Chocolate milk. If you see that, it is an awesome treat and much healthier than other chocolate milk options out there!! And love the pictures of the boys in the hammock – they are looking so grown up dressed up like that 😀

Let me get this straight — you teach 4 classes in a row??!! And you still have to face that cat when done? Noooooo!

I’m glad my paper Flat Kitty does not have eye boogers. I’m also looking forward to 8pm where I can zone out with The Bachelor. Did you ever watch last week’s Biggest Loser? It was only an hour because of the state of the union. It was challenge, workout, weigh in, elimination at lightening speed! It was kind of disorienting, lol.
I love the pictures of the boys in the hammock. Enjoy childhood little ones. It goes fast.

Ha ha! Yeah, Flat Kitty had a little photoshop done. We took out his eye boogers and cleaned up his bottom lip a little. TMI? Still need to catch up with The Biggest Loser…… ahh… at least I’m only a week behind on The Bachelor now though.

What a fun job you have! Do the boys come along and stay in the gym’s child care? Or do you have other arrangements? I’ve been considering a spin teaching certification…seems like an ideal side job with a toddler in the house.

Laura- At some gyms the boys come along and at others my husband watches them at home. I’m one lucky gal. 🙂 Definitely a fun job with toddlers. 🙂

My dogs like to eat their eye boogers. As in, I wipe the boogers out and they lick my finger. Delicious. 🙂

Your boys in the hammock are pretty much the cutest ever. <3

Can't wait to photograph FK at both my jobs!

Be sure to keep us updated on Amelia – I’ll be thinking about her and her family!

Flat Kitty at work makes me wish I had a more exciting job rather than sitting at a desk all day 🙂
