Hopefully posted in ten minutes or so. (Note- It took a little longer than that. I am not a good at judging how much time this takes.)

3. These cinnamon crisps made with a Flatout are a great alternative for graham crackers. We’ll be making some of these this week for sure. You can click on the picture for the recipe.

4. I can’t figure out what’s more disturbing.

The fact that Kitty’s mouth was this dirty last night while he was sleeping,


my pointy belly button (sorry, not pictured) or my feet that need some serious TLC after my marathon a couple weeks ago.


Oh that is just wrong to post that, but oh well. I’m pretty sure I might lose one of those toenails in the next few weeks also. Lovely. Keeping it real.

5. It’s Tuesday Trainer day! Thank goodness it’s rest week. I shot my video last night in my pajamas. I was really classy and even talked with my mouth full of three ingredient fudge and said that the fudge resembled poop. Nice. I’m sure people really want me to train them now. Ha! You can meet all the other trainers here.

Have a good one. The Flat Kitty post is in the works and it is hilarious. Hopefully it’ll be worth the wait!

    I adore this post. My toes look worse than that I don’t have a marathon as an excuse! LOL!

    Oh runner’s toenails! I think that’s gotta be a “you know you’re a runner if…” thing! I actually thought I was going to lose one after a half this summer but never did. Probably would be better for everyone if I did not have a toenail permanently looking like it does so I am not sure what’s worse. Losing it or it hanging on? :S Bahaha!!

    Love that video fudge eating and all! I’m with you on needing to give my feet some attention. I swear that is the last thing I ever do, but when my nails are done I feel so good about myself. Silly, but true. You need to treat yourself to a pedicure! Not because I think you need it, but for a treat!
