Tuesday Things and a Core Move of the Week

Tuesday Things and a Core Move of the Week

First things first. Thanks to random.org the three winners of the Chobani Champions giveaway are:

You each win a one case (4 pack) of each of the new Chobani Champions flavors (Orange Vanilla and Vanilla Chocolate Chunk). Yay!!! Can’t wait for you to get your hands on them. Chobani is just the best!!!!

Email me your mailing information and I’ll pass it along.

Even if you didn’t win, stop by their Chobani Champions Facebook page for more giveaway opportunities. Let’s show them the STUFT Mama love. The new vanilla chocolate chunk yogurt cups are my favorite. Who says they’re just for kids? He he!

In honor of today being Tuesday Trainer day we taped a little core move of the week for you to try. My recommendation is to do it for a full minute. Rest. Then repeat two more times. Or you can just incorporate into your workout at some point with your core training.

You’ve got to try this one! 🙂 Not a very great still shot is it? Ugh.

This week’s Tuesday Trainer theme is animalistic. A pretty funny and difficult workout. You can check it out here.

What? You love the sweatshirts the boys are wearing in my video?
Me too!!!!
I freaked out when I saw them on sale at Target the other day. Not exactly part of the “me not going back to work full-time” budget, but I couldn’t resist.
Thanks to those sweatshirts, my friend Colleen who posted this on my Facebook wall,
and to Pinterest we created our own Kermit the other day.
Not my best work, but I tried.
Then I cut.
Then the boys kept asking for more “froggy eyes”. Go figure.
I’ll leave you with this.
STUFT Daddy texted me this morning and told me that it’s National Love Your Pet Day. Although I can’t find any proof of it, I did celebrate by wiping Kitty up with a few baby wipes, letting him try on my old bandana
and not getting upset about his early morning kitchen sink treat.
I guess it’s better than the toilet.
If you want to celebrate the national holiday (if it is even a national day), take some pictures with Flat Kitty and send them my way for Friday’s post. I don’t have any good theme ideas, so it can just be whatever you want.
Have a good one!
Don’t forget to try the Move of the Week!

What’s wrong with the toilet? We actually trained our dogs to drink out of the toilet – it would be hard to keep enough water in bowls for two HUGE dogs. What, that’s not normal?! 😉

Kermit is the best! I want one of those hoodies. And the apple creation – brilliant! I’m so amazed with the things people come up with on Pinterest.

Why, oh why, does my office block YouTube? (Probably so I can’t use work time watching fitness videos…)

Love the sweatshirts and definitely trying the moves of the week!

Thanks for the TT love!!! I’ll try my HARDEST to get another Flat Kitty pic. Maybe me and Kitty in bootcamp class?

Oh Kitty, you look so happy about all that love! Congrats to the winners! I miss my yogurt for sure. Love the sweatshirts on the boys! Why do mine have to be so big??? I hope you’re having a great Tuesday!

    Kitty is stylin’!
Ok seriously, I can not even handle your arms. Can we get an arm post with a workout that will give us STUFTarms? lol I love oblique twists. I like to hold something heavy and awkward so it’s more challenging.
All this random Kermit fun is awesome. Are they too young to like the muppet movies?

That bandana was the only thing I could find at 6:30 am. Ha!
Yes…. working on an arm workout to post. 🙂
I better start forcing those Muppet Movies on them, huh? They definitely know who Beaker is though. 🙂

I just found your blog and I am lovin it! Thx for the quick at home workouts. I have two little guys of my own at home (29 months & 5 months) and you are eliminating the “no time to workout” excuse. I love Costco too and cannot wait to get my hands on some PB2 to try more of your recipes : )

So glad you found it too!!!!! Whoa you have you hands full, don’t you? 🙂 Awesome that we share a love for Costco. Aren’t their carts the best too? Ha! Can’t wait for you to get some PB2. It’s so fun to experiment with. Thanks for the comment Andrea.
