Hmm…… I have really big plans for posts that I want to do this week, but last night and this morning I just can’t seem to get it together.
Mondays are crazy. Yesterday consisted of a crib poop explosion, a car barfing incident, teaching a Strollerjam class, teaching a spin class at a different club, about 30 minutes to shove some lunch in my face, teaching 4 classes back to back at the Y at night, baths, story time, cuddle time, and then, well…. it was a blur.
Not only are Mondays physically exhausting, but while I’m running around like a chicken with my head cut-off, my email inbox seems to explode and the social media world goes nuts. Ugh.
I pretty much can’t get my act together to post much of anything.
Hmmm…. what can I blame it on?
The fact that I finally sat down for dinner at 9:45pm last night with my huge plate of healthy chicken nachos (minus the cheese of course).
Or the fact that I pretty much propped my eyes open with toothpicks while trying to get caught up with this show. (I’m still a week behind.)
Or my three ingredient fudge variation made with unsweetened applesauce instead of half of a banana.
It wasn’t too bad. Definitely not as good or sweet as the original version, but it will do if you don’t have any ripe bananas (or if you’re too lazy to mash a half of one up).
And finally, I really tried to blame Kitty, but he refused to take one for the team.
My ACE Fitness Group Exercise Instructor certification needs to be renewed today, my official resignation letter needs to be mailed into the school district (I’m a little sick to my stomach about that), and oh man do I need to “clean my plate” as my wise friend Mama Pea wrote about last week.
I also need to clean Kitty’s neck and bottom lip. That is not a very flattering photo.
