Oh man, yesterday while my email inbox was exploding I was running about from one gym to the next like a chicken with my head cut off.
I’m trying to catch up on a few things this morning. In addition to the 6 classes I taught yesterday I spent over an hour last night at Bed, Bath and Beyond staring at coffee brewing machines since my Tassimo one was recalled.
I should’ve just picked up the same exact machine, but I asked the poor sales guy a million and one questions and compared every box and feature and brand.
I have problems. I also better not go back to that Bed, Bath and Beyond anytime soon. I’m sure the sales people will hide from me.
For $50 I could exchange my Tassimo for the new Keurig Vue machine. I was at a weak moment and did that.
Then I spent an hour at home reading all the booklets and now I think I want to return in for the same Tassimo I had so I can get my $50 back.
I know, I really have problems.
So sorry to bring you into my indecisive world.
In the midst of yesterday’s madness I made this protein cookie dough as my afternoon snack.
I was pleasantly surprised how good it came out. I’ll work up a little revised recipe, but just thought I’d share. Of course I topped it with some SunButter and blueberries (because it was just that kind of day), This stuff is so good.

Lot’s of STUFT Fitness work to do today, classes to teach, piles to be organized, etc.
I also need to find Andrew a new truck (we finally got our money from my accident).
I also have to figure out what to do about the whole coffee brewer situation.
