Good morning! Today, TODAY is the day I’m getting taxes done.
We’re I’m powering through. I work well under pressure (for the most part). My meeting with our CPA is tomorrow. I can do this. I can do this.
And you….. YOU can do this fun five minute BOSU workout. He he!
Sometimes we’re pressed for time and we only have about five or ten minutes. Well, this little workout here will get your heart rate up and blast some calories in a short amount of time.
I’ve done all the work for you. I’m timing the moves in the video. Plus there’s even a little toddler entertainment and a bit of a camera issue.
Beware I’m wearing those darn weenis pants again. I must have not done laundry for awhile.

Note- This workout can be done on the ground without a BOSU also. I just like the BOSU because it adds a little more difficulty and focus on core.

Very similar to the STUFT Salted Caramel Mocha, but made with this new syrup I found at Smart and Final.
I did NOT know Smart and Final carried these syrups. The selection isn’t that great, but the price is.
Happy Tuesday! After I teach my classes today I’ll be locked up in my messy office frantically getting taxes done. Oh goodness.
