I have some three moves for you this Tuesday. How nice, right?
I also have some random confessions to start things off. Monica does these confession posts every so often on her blog and since she’s hilarious and I think we’d be great friends of we ever met, I’m copying her.
I forgot to tell you that we made some gourmet cupcakes over the weekend for Father’s Day.
I even splurged and bought some new sprinkles that weren’t expired to doctor them up.
(Sara- I couldn’t find expired ones for the life of me. Ha ha.)
I’ve had more than one cupcake in the past couple of days.
So have these guys.
I’m a zucchini hoarder.
I like to burn them.
I microwave marinara sauce in plastic. Is that bad?
Oh, and I have a little obsession with crushed red pepper.
I also think basil has a secret cleansing effect. Does it?
I’ve been adding it to my roasted zucchini noodles frequently.
I have not one, but two sandwich makers.
One for my breakfast STUFTwiches (or other sweet sandwiches that get messy).
I love this thing.
I have dessert every single night.
It was made from these two things and was amazing.
Easiest Dark Chocolate Frosting
2 tablespoons dark cocoa powder (my favorite cocoa powder)
1 tablespoon sugar free flavored syrup of choice (I used Torani sugar free coconut)
My final confession. I desperately need to give Kitty a bath.
Poor guy. He scratched his neck.
Okay, now here’s a little Tuesday Challenge for you. I may not have gotten a Tuesday Trainer video in this week (sorry Lindsay), but I did manage to tape a little mini workout challenge for you last week.
Here you go. It’s fun. I promise.
As always the boys provide a little entertainment and even do most of the moves with me.
Just in case you want a little printable version to take along with you everywhere you go.
This wasn’t the Team Bob photo dump time, but my visit a couple of weeks ago that I have yet to post about. Oops.
Okay. I need to tackle a few things around here before teaching some classes. I’m contemplating making another trip up tomorrow to see Bob, but have the whole mama/family guilt thing going on. Ugh.
Do I do it because it’s an amazing opportunity and I have the family support that I can make it happen?
Or do I put family first and stay at home, clean the house, get caught up on business stuff and miss out? I feel like I’ve already made a lot of people go out of their way to help me out for all my other trips up there.
Sorry. Just thinking aloud here.
Have a good day!
