You’ve Just Got to Try This

Ran 8 miles on the treadmill with my friends.

I have no idea how long my run took. I wasn’t really paying attention. I think I ran an 8:20 or so pace until the last mile when I tried to go a bit faster to get out of there. Sometimes I like to just run and not worry about my time or anything. If I worry too much each run I tend not to enjoy it.

I also love scheduling my workouts around things I want to watch on TV. I swear it makes the time go by so much faster and makes me look forward to running. It’s a little “me” time.

You’ve got to try it.

Someone asked me if I’d eaten a squash today.

That’s just a silly question. Ha. Here was my lunch set up.

Okay so, I don’t know what’s up with my recent attempt to make videos, but yesterday while we were outside I had the urge to share my new favorite move with you. Yep, just a move you’ve got to try.


A GNC Move You’ve Got to Try

I love it for so many reasons. It tones your arms while incorporating a little whole body movement to get your heart rate up. It’s just awesome.

It can be done anywhere. You just need a bench or a chair.

That still is pretty darn funny. I don’t know what Judah is doing. He does get in the way a bit though while I’m trying to do the move.

    LOVE working my triceps! Dips are my favorite! I too watch Kelly and Michael when I run! They are so much fun to watch so it really makes the time go by quickly!

    I was getting a bit nervous for you when Judah had that bat drawn and ready. It looked like he was spot on to whack you in the head…thank goodness for plastic bats, right? Twin boys + wooden (or aluminum!) bats = recipe for disaster.
