I ran on the treadmill for the first time in about a month. It wasn’t great, it was slow, but it wasn’t too bad either.
I had to make sure I was up for this weekend.
I taught my HIIT Y50X class and a strength training class last night too.

I got my hands on this GNC Total Lean Key Lime Protein Powder just the other day.
Obviously, this amazing muffin was created within 48 hours of having this stuff in the house.
The first attempt exploded in the microwave. The second attempt turned out marvelously.
Here you go.
Total Lean Key Lime Pie Protein Muffin
(approximately 150 calories)
1 scoop GNC Total Lean Key Lime Pie protein powder (25 grams)
1 tablespoons coconut flour (7 grams)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg white
sweetener packet (I used stevia)
splash of vanilla
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons water (or milk of choice)
Mix all ingredients together on small bowl.
Pour in microwave safe mug sprayed with nonstick spray.
Microwave for 3-4 minutes.
Your kitchen will smell delightful and you’ll have one heck of a decadent key lime pie protein treat. So good. I’m not even a person who loves lime stuff, but this was so good. I’m sure it will work with other protein powder flavors too.
I actually want one right now, but hey, I’m in San Francisco.
I’m recovering from my injury, don’t know anyone on the team, over packed as usual and have never ran a relay before. It should be one heck of an experience. Let’s see how much I can slow everyone down. Ha ha.
