Took 30 minutes of a RPM class (Les Mills type spin class)
30 minutes on the stair mill, 30 minutes on the elliptical
Tried out a random setting on the stair mill. Thought it might not be as bad if I didn’t know what was coming. Ha.
I like my usual “cardio” program better. I was very thankful this movie happen to by on though and that I found a 2 year old magazine that had some useful information in it.

Here’s our very first Memorial Day post on the blog. Pretty funny stuff. It was when I was just starting this little old blogging thing.
Then last year the boys even made a video. Here’s that one if you need a little extra entertainment. It’s fun looking back sometimes.
We’re using our extra time today to swim of course.
Plus, we spent a fortune on not one, but two pools.
Oh and since you’re supposed to BBQ with friends and family and make s’mores today, we thought you should know that belVita biscuits (and old leftover marshmallows from Easter) make some pretty delicious ones.
Oh, yeah, they can be made in the microwave too.
