I’ve got just a few.
Taught three classes throughout the day yesterday on top of my quick morning run. I was darn tired.
Then, against my better judgment this happened on the way home.
I only needed a wedding present, but this made it’s way into my basket. Don’t ask questions.

Only a few necessities.
Gosh darn it I forgot to get cassava for my cassava “fries” and they were out of plantains. Lame.
Found this recipe while trying to figure out how I can use up ground turkey and figs. I randomly and tried to recreate these little burgers.
I took chopped fresh basil, a couple defrosted frozen figs, a little chopped onion, fig balsamic vinegar and some mixed pepper and combined them with ground turkey.
Made a few sliders.
Baked them at 425 a little too long. Weird, because that never happens.
And hey, Dancing With the Stars premiere so I decided to park it and watch.
This morning duty called and we had to make some pancakes for my men.
I need quite a bit of work still on my pancake shapes.
Can you tell what these are supposed to be?
Side note- we use Coach’s Oats multigrain pancake mix. It is so darn good and the boys love it.
For myself I attempted making Purely Twins plantain bread for the first time.
I overcooked it of course also, but it was still darn good. I also threw together some egg whites, spinach and a chicken apple sausage and popped it in the oven because I was too lazy to make it on the stove. It came out pretty well too. What do you know.
Okay, time to get a move on. Today I have my second go around with the Yasso 800’s with my training plan. I’m not going to lie, I’m a little scared. Last week was four, this week it’s supposed to be six. Um…….. hmmmmmm….
