YourReebok and I Think I Should Be a Shoe Designer

The following post is a sponsored post for FitFluential LLC on behalf of Reebok. All opinions are my own (and so is the giddiness of designing my own shoes).

So yeah, the whole retail therapy idea I had was a good one.

So was a mid afternoon happy hour with a chocolate salad milkshake for my tot an extra strong version of the new unsweetened mocha for myself.

Yep. Cheers.

I guess we’re all about Reebok on Halloween. Last year the boys sported their “cool Reebok workout shoes” for trick-or-treating.

This year mama designed a new pair of her own.

I have people ask me all the time about my shoes when I’m teaching classes. You know how fun it is to talk shoes. After I tell them that I love Reebok cross training shoes for studio classes (step, BOSU, strength, HIIT, etc.) I always have to make sure that they know they can design their own for the same price. Yes, that’s right, the SAME price.

I mean, who the heck doesn’t want to design their own shoes? And workout shoes? Even better.

Well, since I’ve just spent the past hour or so trying to make my design as amazing as possible I thought I’d share. He he.

It’s so darn simple and fun.

Reebok has a whole YourReebok page where you can design pretty much any of their shoes.

Since my new favorite shoes are the CrossFit Nano Speed shoes, those were the ones I decided to customize.

After you click on “start designing” it takes you to the page where you decided if you want to start from scratch or customize a design that has already been created.

I wanted to start from scratch today,

but since I’m so indecisive I chose to customize a design instead.

I took this one

and after a few changes

turned it into this.

So much fun.

You can change the color on all different parts of the shoe even down to the littlest detail. It’s so awesome.

One of the coolest things is that you can customize the writing too.

Ha. I know the Reebok CrossFit logo is so much cooler, but I kind of want STUFT on the back of my shoes. Hmmm….

And, well, after I thought I was done with my design, I changed my mind and turned it into this one instead with the blue and the orange switched around.

And now I can’t make up my mind which ones to use my special card for.

Beavis.

Which one do you like better? I need some help (obviously and in more ways than one).

What shoes would you want to design? (You can check out all your options here on the YourReebok page.)

Okay, time for bed. We’ve got a full day tomorrow including a trip to the dentist.

Yeah, who goes to the dentist the day after Halloween?

We do I guess.

Ha.

And…..

I’ll leave you with a little Friday inspiration. This video never gets old.

Have a good one!

I like the blue in the front better. I need a new set of cross trainers so I might have to do this. Enjoy your Friday with the Fam!

How did I not know about this? Before taking up running I had a small shoe addiction, running didn’t help, I’m now spending more money on shoes (without HEELS) then ever before and I had to move my corporate clothes and shoes into the spare room closet. Designing my own shoes could be dangerous to my MasterCard and the Mister can never know about this … it will be our little secret right?

I like the first version best. :D
