A Family Mamalete Workout for Mother’s Day- Video


Hello! Happy Saturday!

We have a busy weekend going on over here, but I have a giveaway winner to announce and the boys and I made a special workout video so thought I’d stop by really quick.

Now for the little workout. No food or running chat today. Just a workout.

Consider it a little Mother’s Day gift from us to you.


Since today is the official Mamalete Day, we thought we’d do a little workout together to celebrate.

This workout is great to do as a family and can pretty much be done anywhere without any equipment. It’s less than three minutes and as you will see, it even helps the youngsters practice their counting (that still needs a little work).

Three moves.

Thirty of each.

Repeat two or three times.

    Happy Mother’s Day! Just wanted to ask yiu, what kind of exercises do you do for your arms and shoulders, cause they are awesome!! I know you teach classes, was just wondering if you get those sculpted muscles from that or do you add in weight training too?

    We are going for a walk around some lakes in Mpls. (actually hubby’s old neighbor hood from his younger years) It’s so pretty and nice to get away from all the technology that separates us when at home. Then maybe a quick bite for lunch some where where no reservations are needed and no body will be dressed up…ha!

    So I had to comment on this one since I just watched the video. I’m surprised no one talked about your son’s push ups :). He was banging them out! He did 30 to your 20. Haha!
