We have a busy weekend going on over here, but I have a giveaway winner to announce and the boys and I made a special workout video so thought I’d stop by really quick.

Since today is the official Mamalete Day, we thought we’d do a little workout together to celebrate.
This workout is great to do as a family and can pretty much be done anywhere without any equipment. It’s less than three minutes and as you will see, it even helps the youngsters practice their counting (that still needs a little work).
