First I must say that sometimes it’s perfectly acceptable to sleep in instead of getting a morning run in. Sometimes your body and your mind just need that.
I needed that yesterday and it was glorious.
I also needed a good sweat later in the day and got one on when I taught my spin class in my “Where’s Waldo” attire.
Yep. We got challenged.
All for a good cause.
Funny how I just said in my last post that I don’t like cold water.
As soon as we knew we were challenged, the boys and I were right on it.
I’m sure if you haven’t been challenged yourself, you’ve probably at least heard about what’s going on.
People around the world are fighting ALS with the #icebucketchallenge .
We’re always looking for a way to help, so we donated to fight ALS and we took this challenge on.
