Hello! I’m Kristin. I’m one “STUFT” Mama in many ways.

I’m a treadmill loving, marathon racing mama of twin boys living in Southern California. I’m also an ACE group fitness instructor and personal trainer, but being mama is my number one job.

Living the dream running races across the country, writing this blog, experimenting in the kitchen and enjoying a heck of a ride with my hubby and twin boys.

I’m into clean eating and have been eating mostly the paleo/primal type diet (although a lot of my old recipes are not that way) since recovering from my injury and hip dysplasia last year. I’ve been given another chance to run again and take care of my body the right way, so I’m taking it.

This blog is a little of everything-

running talk, lots of treadmill talk, workouts, videos, recipes, some Kitty pictures, motivation and daily shenanigans.
