As an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer I feel like I need to have a section where I can post some at-home workouts that people can do on their own, give a little workout advice, share some fun playlists, and just give some tips on how to keep things fun and stay motivated. I will try to post a new workout on here every week or so.
Working out is a HUGE part of my life (not to mention my job). I can not even begin to explain all the benefits it has had in my life (both physically and mentally). My goal is to post new workouts here that you can do either at home or at the gym. I wish you all lived close so you could come to my STUFT Fitness classes, but this will have to do. (That’s for encouragement.)
